Once approved, purchase one (1) Timeout Card from our official Shopee store.
Please purchase only after receiving your XDEAL approval.

Submit Your Refund Request
After placing your order, visit the Creator Portal and upload the following:
- Screenshot of your Shopee order
- Shopee Order ID
- Your bank or e-wallet details for the refund
Once verified, we'll process your refund within the week.
